Refund Policy
Our biggest commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you chose your product in our online store, but upon receiving it, found that there was a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return in accordance with the terms below:
- Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
- Product is defective: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt. (For defects such as: product with damaged stones, visible scratches, missing parts, the customer has the right to activate the warranty if they contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt, and always send images of the package received. If the customer contacts contact after 24 hours, it will be considered that the problem was caused by misuse)
Remembering that the first step in exchanging or returning is to contact our Customer Service Center.
Our team will instruct the customer on how to return the Product.
To return a product due to dissatisfaction:
The product must not have signs of use, the product must be sent as it was received, with the original packaging (post office packaging, with label), otherwise the refund or exchange will not be made.
As soon as we receive the package, we will carry out an analysis to confirm that everything is in accordance with the Item return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you and in this case you will be able to choose between:
- Exchange for any other product available in our store.
- Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products, (we do not refund the shipping cost if the product delivered is the correct model and is in perfect condition).
Guarantee:
All products in the store have a 30-day guarantee, counting from receipt of the product.
For the warranty to be activated, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute proving the problem, in this video the packaging of the product received must also be shown (post office packaging, with label), it is essential that the packaging is shown on the video.
The customer can also prove the defect by sending us photos that clearly show the defect and the product packaging must appear in the photo.
If the customer is unable to take the video or send the photo, it will be necessary to send the product to our address for analysis, the cost of this shipping is the customer's responsibility, the product must be sent with the original post office packaging, with the recipient's label without damage.

IMPORTANT:
Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that occurs after purchasing the device from our company, such as broken or cracked stones, among other similar problems.
The warranty also does not cover:
Damage caused by fluids, for example, the product in contact with chemical products as there are some limits to be respected for products
Damage caused by attempts to repair or adapt the accessory by you or third parties;
Improper use of accessories;
Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear - for example, scratches, oxidation due to excess uric acid from the user of the product;
